Groove IS in the heart. As we close out the last day of February “Heart Healthy” Month we’re reminding all that it is indeed all about the heart. Local boutique fitness studio MB (Mind-Body) Fit Studio will be there celebrating their 3rd year anniversary with giveaways and reinforcing the power of moving (and grooving) for the health of your mind, body and soul, too. MB Fit Studio is the home of the AG Fly Girlz dance class (taught by Atomic Girl Carrie) and other unique small group classes, too.
Featuring three AG guest vocalists with alot of heart: Mark Jones, Kipp Lennon and Nadia Deleye, Performer Studentz from the AG Fly Girlz Dance Class will bring their big hearts to the AG stage and the whole AG Band will deliver their usual dance party vibe with alot of heart & soul.
Join us for a couple of hours of getting away from the weirdness of the world with a fantastic dance party vibe you can always depend on from Atomic Groove, week after week, season after season, year after year... commemorating over 20 years of AG Happy Hours at Belly Up! This year AG celebrates our 30 year anniversary, too, watch for more info on our upcoming anniversary show in April.
Want to learn to dance like an Atomic Groove Fly Girl? Come take an AG Fly Girlz Dance Class, taught by Atomic Girl Carrie. Held at locally-owned boutique fitness facility MB Fit Studio, in Solana Beach. Series #12 is still in progress and runs thru March 11th on Tuesdays 630p. Special Saturday edition on Sat. March 1st, 1230p. All levels welcome, no dance experience needed. And try the Cardio Dance Workout Class on Thursdays 6p March 6th, 13th, 20th & 27th for a follow along-styled class of moving like an AG Fly Girl with a fun, non-stop fitness approach.

Each AG Happy Hour has a consistent delivery of fun and good vibes but is always has just enough change and variety to the show to keep a loyal, dedicated and enthusiastic crowd coming back for more, week in and week out.
