Here comes the official unofficial start of summer 2025, can you believe it's already (almost) here?! We’ll salute the kickoff of the Memorial Day weekend with gratitude and we’ll welcome in the summer vibez with a traditional, classic, always the same fun but never the same show Atomic Groove Dance Party Happy Hour.
We’ll feature our always radiant AG guests: Mark on vocals and Monette on congas. Performer Studentz from the AG Fly Girlz dance class will take the stage for a few songs, too, including the debut of the song they’ve learned from the last series.
The entire AG band will shine with good vibez for all!
We’ll also be getting psyched and getting ready for the 44th annual Fiesta del Sol Music Festival. We perform Saturday, May 31st 150p. Hope to see ya at this fabulous, family-friendly, free community event. It's always a blast… come by the stage and wave hi!
Want to learn to dance like an Atomic Groove Fly Girl? Come take an AG Fly Girlz Dance Class, taught by Atomic Girl Carrie. Held at locally-owned boutique fitness facility MB Fit Studio in Solana Beach. Maybe even get on stage and perform! Class is every Tuesday 630p, ongoing. The Series #13 finale class is May 20th and Series #14 starts on May 27th with a brand new routine. Select special Saturday classes (June 7th & 14th, 1230p). All levels welcome, no dance experience needed.
Each AG Happy Hour has a consistent delivery of fun and good vibes but is always has just enough change and variety to the show to keep a loyal, dedicated and enthusiastic crowd coming back for more, week in and week out.
Regular attendees remark at how it is therapy for them and how much they look forward to each Atomic Groove Happy Hour. First-timers are amazed at the vibe in the room and the sheer joy common to each person there.
An Atomic Groove Happy Hour is designed to give permission to let loose & be a little silly, by connecting to The Groove and dancing to your favorite dance jams from today to yesterday.
